About:

Students’ Council is the largest student body in the college which oversees and organizes various student-driven activities such as the Cultural Fest - Surge, and the Sports Fest – Score, the annual Fresher’s, the Republic Independence and various other days celebrations. It provides a platform for healthy interaction between students, leading to their all-round development. Part of Students’ Council instills a sense of belonging amongst the students, leads to long-lasting peer relationships, and helps develop invaluable qualities such as teamwork, multitasking and leadership.

Mission/Vision:

• To excel in academics along with various co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.
• To help the students explore the hidden talent inside them.
• To make them adaptive and flexible, even in adverse situations.
• To help them cultivate skills like leadership,decision making and team spirit.
• To help them become smart engineers instead of just graduates.
• To nurture and innovate while encouring multidisciplinary interaction.
• To endure students are capable of working effectively as an individual and in a team and to inculcate ethical behaviour, responsiblity and commitment among students.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Our aim is to ensure holistic development and growth of the students in domains such as organizing, marketing, publicity as well as developing soft skills to make them ready for the industry.
• Ensuring that members of the Students' Council and students of the institute work in coordination to enhance the aspects of growth and vision is our goal.
• We act as the trustworthy and approachable representatives of the students, ever-ready to guide them through any difficulties.
• To organize technical gatherings to foster innovation and interchange.
• We work to ensure better development and utilization of infrastructure and services offered by our institute for our students.
