About:

Computer Society of India is the first and largest body of computer professionals in India. K.J Somaiya Institute of Engineering and I.T. (KJSIEIT 's) CSI students' chapter was established in 2009. The KJSIEIT CSI committee is selected from it's student members every year. Under the guidance and support from faculty advisors the committee works on various activities. Chief among them is organising the technical festival RENAISSANCE. In addition, we also conduct a number of workshops and seminars based on latest industry trends. We also conduct non technical events, workshops and interaction with industry members.

Mission/Vision:

• To nurture technical skills, creativity and innovation while encouraging multidisciplinary interaction.
• To ensure students to be capable of working effectively as an individual and in a team to complete various projects.
• To inculcate ethical behaviour,responsibility and commitment among students.
